"Not sure where I got this recipe but I've had it for years and have made it so many times the recipe card is worn out! So easy to make and it can be served with rye chips or cocktail rye."

ingredients
- 2 (2 ounce) packages corned beef, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, grated
directions
- Mix ingredients together and place in a quiche pan or 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with Rye Chips or cocktail rye.
