  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cube up your velveeta cheese.
  3. Brown sausage in skillet with onions and bell peppers. Set aside.
  4. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add rice. Boil on med high for 10 minutes.
  5. Add both packages of noodle soup mix and boil another 10 minutes.
  6. Pour sausage,onions,and bell peppers into soup and rice.
  7. Add in cheese. Cut fire off.
  8. Stir til well mixed.
  9. Pour into casserole dish and bake until bubbling all over.
