  • Remove casings from turkey sausage links and brown in a skillet with diced onions and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Once turkey sausage is cooked through, drain fat from skillet.
  • Drain both cans of Rotel and add to sausage and onions.
  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese to skillet and remove from heat once the cheese has melted and the mixture has combined.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to mini slow cooker to keep warm, and enjoy with thinly sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
