  1. Yum! Hot spiced tea is so wonderful for these cold Wisconsin mornings. I am an avid tea collector, so I used a mix of some of my favorite flavors of tea, an orange blossom, cinnamon, and earl grey. I only used 3/4 cup of sugar too. I'd like to add some pineapple juice too. Made and Reviewed for Bargain Basement tag - Thanks! :)

  2. Lovely tea. I reduced the portions and made a latte sized mug. It was very good on a cold Jan morning. The only thing I would change is the long steeping time for the tea. I found that the tea became bitter with that much time and required more Splenda than I would have normally used. I think that it would be better if the spices were simmered and steeped alone with the tea being added in the last 7-8 mins. The orange and lemon juice were well balanced. Made for Comfort Cafe, Jan 09.

I moved to Colorado 6 years ago from the deep south and just love it! Wake up everyday looking at the beautiful Rocky Mountains. My husband & I have come to enjoy nature so we head to the mountains at least once a month if not more. I love to cook and read cookbooks.
