  1. Prepare vegetables.
  2. Combine peppers, celery, and onion with vinegar, salt, sugar, celery seed, and 3 hot peppers.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in squash, powdered mustard, and turmeric.
  5. Return to boiling and boil 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon into sterilized jars and adjust lids.
  7. Process 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
