  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spread refried beans onto bottom of pie plate.
  • Combine cream cheese, taco seasoning, Rotel, and garlic.
  • Spread over beans.
  • Put chopped tomato, onion, parsley, and cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until hot.
  • Garnish with sour cream if desired. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.

<p>I have always loved to cook and try new recipes. I am a kindergarten teacher, but will be retiring at the end of the 2006-2007 year. I love having people over for special occasions and just to have supper with us. I have been married 35 years and have 3 daughters.
