1 ¹⁄₂ ounces cognac
hot brewed black tea
1 lemon slice, studded with
3 whole cloves

directions

Add the brown sugar and cognac to an Irish coffee glass or mug; stir to partially dissolve the sugar.
Fill the mug with the hot tea, stirring to combine.
Garnish with the clove-studded lemon slice; serve immediately.
