  1. Step 1. Remove steaks from package, towel dry, and let them bloom for 10 minutes.
  2. Step 2. Prepare Marinade.
  3. Whisk together the following ingredients:
  4. 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce.
  5. 3 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  6. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
  7. 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard.
  8. 1 tbsp Minced Garlic (approx 3 cloves).
  9. 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
  10. 1/4 cup virgin olive oil.
  11. 2 tsp fresh ground pepper.
  12. Step 3 Marinade.
  13. Place in Ziplock bag, release air, mix meat in marinade. Put in fridge for 1-24 hours.
  14. Soak Skewers in water for 30 minutes so they don't burn on the grill.
  15. Step 4. Skewer! Add desired veggies/fruit to your skewer along with the marinated steak.
  16. Step 5. Oil & Preheat your grill (make it hot!).
  17. Step 6. Grill your Kebabs (approx 3 minutes on each size). Add marinade and any seasoning to taste.
