- 56 ounces beans, well drained
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate before serving. This tastes better when kept overnight in refrigerator. Will keep for one week in the refrigerator and three months in the freezer.
