  1. Process chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and salt in a food processor to a smooth paste.
  2. Add water, process till smooth.
  3. With motor running, gradually add olive oil, process till smooth.
  4. Transfer dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, top with coriander.
