  • Put the garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic into a blender or food processor with steel blade.rocess until the hummus is smooth.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle with a little additional olive oil to prevent drying out.
