Very, very good. I made these for a family dinner at the beach. Everyone loved them. They were so easy to make. I used self rising yellow cornmeal ( the recipe didn't specify), and I added a little more sugar, becuase we like them a little sweeter, I really think it would be good if I would have had some honey to add instead of sugar, and I had to use onion powder instad of onion, because the kids would have been very unhappy to find onions in their hushpuppies. Anyhow, very good, light, but not too light, great flavor, and texture. I will be making these again!
