- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
- 2 cups Coke (or 7-Up)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (optional)
- 12 boneless skinless chicken breasts
directions
- Place in large Ziploc bag. Marinate 6-8 hours or over night. Barbecue on gril. Baste with remaining sauce to keep moist.

We liked this alot. I was intrigued by the Coke marinade- I've never made anything quite like this. I'm glad I gave this one a try. It was really tasty. I made this for Pick a Chef Spring 2009.
