Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 12 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 34 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) package Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Spread zucchini in a 9x13 inch glass casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle garlic salt over zucchini.
  3. Microwave onions and margarine on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix cream cheese with margarine/onion mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread over zucchini.
  6. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and bake at 350' for 20-25 minutes.
