"Another simple recipe from my Great American Easy Gourmet cookbook. I have not tried, this but it sound delicious for hot weather (if it ever gets here this year) I imagine you could "kick it up" with chunks of real apple. If you try it, I hope you enjoy!"

ingredients

1 quart apple juice, chilled
1 pint vanilla ice cream
¹⁄₂ teaspoon cinnamon

directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.
Serve immediately.

This was so very good, I think I might give this a try using frozen apple juice concentrate next time for a more stronger apple flavor, however this was enjoyed by my DH today, thanks for sharing Bobtail!...Kitten
