  • 12 gallon vanilla ice cream (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 12 cups caramels (store bought or homemade) or 1 12 cups chocolate syrup (store bought or homemade)

Directions

  1. Make ice cream balls with an ice cream scoop. Roll the ice cream balls in the chopped nuts, then place them in glass dishes. Spoon caramel or chocolate sauce over the ice cream and serve topped with fresh whipped cream and a cherry if you like. Enjoy!
