  • Whisk together vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
  • Combine lettuce, onion, basil, parsley, chives, tarragon and coriander in a large bowl.
  • Toss lightly with dressing; divide among 4 large plates.
  • Top each portion with cheese and tomatoes.

  1. So refreshingly crisp and full of flavor. I have all of the herbs in my garden so it can`t be any better then this!Which was great! The only thing I changed was the chives (just kept them out).Topped it with fresh ground black pepper.
