  1. I froze 2 cups of coffee. And then made a batch for me and DH with half the coffee frozen. So I used 1 cup of milk and 4 brown sugar cubes. This is very good. Thanks Pink Diamond :) Made for 123 hit wonders

  3. I have made this 3 times, so I could adjust the ingredients to my liking. I did halve the recipe each time I made it though. To make the coffee, I added 1 Tbsp. of Maxwell House Instant Coffee to the 1-cup of water, and nuked it in the microwave before chilling it 30 minutes in the fridge. I also added 2 Tbsp. of sugar to the coffee. And when adding the milk, I used 2% milk, and blended this for 30-35 sec. I found even after halving the recipe, this made exactly 3 cups in the blender. I do reccomend adding more sugar to the coffee. I don't think the 4 teaspoons is enough to sweeten 2 cups of coffee, and 2 cups of milk. I think 4 Tablespoons should do it. This was an easy way to make an iced cappuccino. Thank you for the recipe Pink Diamond.
