- 1⁄2 cup caster sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup pure cream (thin)
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 100 ml brandy
- 100 ml rum
- 100 ml sherry wine
- ice cube
- grated nutmeg, to dust
directions
- Place sugar and cinnamon quills in a saucepan with 1/2 cup (125ml) cold water. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove and cool. Remove quills. Combine 100ml of the syrup in a blender with eggs, cream, milk and alcohol. Pour into cocktail glasses over ice and serve dusted with nutmeg.

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
