  1. Cream 1 1/3 cups butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. beat in egg yolks 2 tablespoons eggnog and extract.
  3. beat in flour.
  4. cover and chill for 2 hours.
  5. shape into 1 inch balls place on a baking sheet.
  6. bake at 325 for 14 minutes.
  7. cool on wire racks.
  8. for the frosting, beat together powdered sugar, 3/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons extract, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  9. beat in eggnog and spread over cookies.
