  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder (Medaglia d'Oro)
  • 1 ounce raspberry flavored syrup
  • 1 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup (I use French Vanilla)
  • 2 ounces half-and-half

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker drink, add more ice cubes before blending.

  2. Mmmmmm, so good that I *almost* felt a guilt twinge while enjoying these lovely flavors in my afternoon coffee. I can't get the syrups here and the price of ordering them in from online is prohibitive so I use a drop or 3 of extract in the sepcified flavors and sweeten with Splenda. This is a marvelous cold coffee that makes you love your blender. Thanks so much Mikekey :D
