A super easy recipe that takes no time to prepare. I made this exactly as posted, waiting for the melted butter to cool down before adding the shrimp to the marinade. I chose this recipe because of its simplicity and the purity of ingredients, and found the dominant flavor was lemon (probably because of the zest). The shrimp cooked very quickly and was very tender. Made for ZWT 8.

We really enjoyed your authentic recipe cookpompom. Thank you for sharing a recipe we will enjoy often. It was awesome. I used gigantico green shrimps and they were excellent, they were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. The marinade was wonderful, so much flavor, I did use curly parsley, it is what is growing in my herb garden. The shrimps marinated in the fridge for 60 minutes, with the shells on, they cooked quickly and tasted amazing. Made for the Fearless Red Dragons - ZWT8 - Australia
