Ingredients: 2 cups plain yogurt; 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted; 2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained; 1 cup coarsely chopped cucumber; 1/2 cup chopped green onion; 1/2 cup chopped green pepper; 1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed olive; 1/8 teaspoon white pepper; seasoned croutons (optional)

ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth, undiluted
2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup coarsely chopped cucumber
¹⁄₂ cup chopped green onion
¹⁄₂ cup chopped green pepper
¹⁄₂ cup sliced pimento stuffed olive
¹⁄₈ teaspoon white pepper
seasoned croutons (optional)

directions

Stir yogurt in a large bowl until smooth. Add chicken broth again whisking until smooth. Stir in the olives, cucumber, green onion and green pepper. Season with white pepper and refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours.
Garnish with croutons as you wish just before serving.
