  1. Peel and slice the potatoes in the same shape as a french fry. Combine olive oil, garlic and mustard. Toss the potatoes to coat.
  2. Spread evenly on cookie sheet garnish with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 or until done.
