  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Cream together margarine and sugar.
  3. Add flour and vinegar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll into tiny balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Take a glass and dip bottom in sugar. Use this to press down cookies.
  7. Bake in over for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.
