  1. This is everything the poster says - easy, fast, and delicious. I halved the recipe and baked it in a loaf pan for about 35 minutes. The next time, I will bake it in individual ramekins - I think it would give a better presentation than slicing it. Thank you!

  2. i made this extremely easy to make dessert for my very, very critical inlaws. they really liked it. i found that it was tasty, but when i ate the last two pieces the next day the pie was even better. id suggest making it the day before to let it incorporate if you have the time. sitting in the fridge really brought out the flavors. i also poured it into a ghram pie crust shell because i wasnt sure if the directions allowed for the pie to make its own crust. its a great recipe.

  3. This was easy to make and smelled great while it was baking. However, I didn't like the texture. Not creamy, like a custard or pudding, but also not as firm as most impossible pies. Not quite chalky, but kind of...

  4. I just made this pie tonight! Cold here in KY. Well the house smelled wonderful. I just had a bit of the pie-yummy!!!! It is like a custard pie consistency. Very easy to put together. Baking time was just right. Thank you for posting!!!!

  5. This was very good! I divided the recipe by 4 and just made one little ramekin for myself and it turned out very nicely, much better than the impossible pumpkin pie that I tried to make before! I loved how it was soo easy. I also let mine set in the fridge for a bit and I would highly recommend doing that.
