  1. Very, very good healthy grub. Fast and easy to make.

  2. This was the best dish. My family would never eat spinach - but they do now. I do not use bisquick so I used flour and baking powder. It was fast and easy to make.

  3. This was pretty good. I used egg whites instead of whole eggs and feta cheese to make it more of an authentic Greek taste. The nutmeg really helped to bring out the flavor of this dish. I will probably make this again...thanks for posting!

  4. THANK YOU! my mother used to make an "Impossible Greek Spinach Pie" when I was growing up, and this one brought fond memories -- it's perfect! Thank you!

  5. I chose this recipe because it's exactly the one in my Bisquick Cook book. I used some ricotta with my cottage cheese (since that's what I had) and it worked out great. I loved that the spinach stayed distributed evenly and didn't sink to the bottom of the dish! I prefer fresh spinach over frozen, but in this dish it is just fine! This turned out like the photo in my book! Thanks Ngibsonn- I'll make this one again. Roxygirl
