- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a pie pan.
- Sift dry ingredients together, set aside.
- Beat sugar, margarine and eggs.
- Mix in pumpkin, milk and vanilla.
- Add sifted ingredients.
- Beat till smooth.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
