Impossible Quiche

- 1⁄2 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup corn niblets, drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1⁄2 cup biscuit mix
- 2 cups milk
directions
- Generously grease 9 or 10 inch quiche pan.
- In medium bowl, combine bacon, cheese, onion, and corn, spread in a prepared pan.
- Place remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for one minute. Pour over bacon mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Let set 5 minutes before serving.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
