  1. Combine the onion, bouillon, cauliflower, oats, oregano and cayenne pepper in a large pot.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 60 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  4. Using a hand blender, puree until smooth.
  5. Stir in clams and their juice, and adjust the seasonings.
  6. Season with black pepper.
