Incredibly Simple Yogurt Smoothie

"I shouldn't even be posting this, its so simple. I "created" it for two reasons: 1) my 18 month old daughter hates drinking milk. 2) she always wants eat yogurt by herself, and it just ends up on her shirt. The recipe calls for whole milk products, because that's what toddlers should eat. For older kids and adults, low fat or fat free dairy can be used instead."

  1. Quick, easy and good- what more can you ask for. My son and I enjoyed this. Made for Spring PAC 2011.

  2. My DD loves this! This is very kid friendly. My DD is almost Two and she got really sick when she was a year old (2 day's before her first b-day!) And has refused milk ever since. I'm just now, slowly, getting her to drink it a little here and there. Another little trick I did is to add a Tbsp. or 2 of lowfat dry Milk to her yogurt or anything she eats where it won't be detected and she doesn't even know she's getting an added boost of calcium. (Mom's sometimes have to be a little sneaky to ensure proper nutrition) So that's what I did here too. But otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!
