Mint Chutney
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon green chili pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons yogurt, plain
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mint leaf

Yogurt Soup
- 1 lb cucumber, peeled
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Blend all the ingredients for the mint chutney until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Blend all the ingredients for the yogurt soup and keep it chilled in a refrigerator.
- To serve, transfer the yogurt soup into a chilled soup bowl. Garnish with mint chutney and fresh mint leaves.
