"I love having hot cocoa mix on hand but wanted a recipe with a little zing to it. I looked at the best recipes I found around and took the best parts of them, adapted to my own taste and came up with a great, spicy, instant hot cocoa mix."

ingredients

1 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups powdered milk
¹⁄₄ teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground cloves, to taste
1 teaspoon salt

directions

Mix all ingredients in an air tight container.
Add minimum of 3 tablespoons of mix to 6-8oz of hot water or milk, to taste.
