  2. Oh my, what a pie! Made this for a pre-Halloween party this weekend at the home of a friend who's a real fan of Irish cream. It was very happily received with many compliments. Rich and tasty and not a healthy item in the batch...that's why it's so yummy. I used a mixture of white and milk chocolate by the way.

  3. This was delicious, but I think the macadamia nuts were a little overpowering. Perhaps if they were crushed or chopped? The directions didn't specify, so I left them whole. I'll make this again, but I'm going to play with that part a bit. Thanks for sharing!

  4. OMG SOOOOOO GOOD a definate keeper-only change i made was i couldn't get corn syrup so i made a substitue for it thanks for sharing this Brilliant recipe

  5. OMG!!! Yummo! We don't have corn syrup in Australia, so I used golden syrup. I also crushed some extra macadamias into small chunks to add to the crust (which I made chocolate). Next time a may try a chocolate crust with a touch of coffee. Anyhoo, we were all rolling around the table drooling after the first bite. The fight over the last piece nearly came to blows. I'm warning you, you gotta cut either 1 or 2 pieces for everyone. Don't EVER leave an odd piece. I wonder if the parties are actually speaking to each other again? LOL A definite winner. next time, I I'll eat it all myself. Less dangerous. Thank you so much for this recipe.
