Irish Moss (Instructions for Preparation)

“I recently purchased a bag of Irish Moss from my local co-operative. I have used it twice. I made a Raw Chocolate Mousse and a Raw Cherry Pie. Irish Moss is a thickener similar to gelatin. It takes a little effort to prepare but once it's done you can just blend it into your ingredients to set up.”
