Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 teaspoon irish breakfast loose tea
  • 1 teaspoon chopped peppermint leaf
  • 8 ounces water
  • sugar
  • skim milk

Directions

  1. Heat water.
  2. Place Irish Tea and Peppermint leaves in mid-size tea ball.
  3. Place filled tea ball in heated water.
  4. Let stand for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  6. Add milk.
