This is a great stew! The only problem I had with it was that it really didn't make 8 servings. I would say 6 was the absolute maximum. Our family of 4 ate it all up just like that! So it was very good! I also used stew meat instead of ground chuck. I liked the big quantities of celery and frozen peas, which gave a nice green touch for St. Patrick's Day.
