Irish Vanilla Coffee

"Vanilla flavor at its best! Who would have ever known that vanilla extract can add so much zip to coffee. I now always have vanilla in my coffee and, of course, Bailey's Irish Cream A good combination of flavors!"

  1. I've been really busy today getting the house organized after the holidays and took a break to enjoy this very warming coffee and so glad I did. What a wonderful blend of flavors and so smooth, I used splenda and bailey's flavored with vanilla and cinnamon and instead of whipped cream used foamed skim milk to help lower the calories after all that holiday splurges. What a wonderful way to relax - truly enjoyed and will be using again. Made for January Vanilla tag in the Spain/Portugal thread

  2. Just what I needed lat night to help me relax and sleep! I love each main ingredient as a stand alone but together they re so much nicer. This is the first that I have added vanilla extract to a Baileys drink and it was quit lovely. Will make this often for a dessert in the quiet evening. (especially the whipped cram- LOL) Made for Aus/NZ Swap 41
