  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix flour and butter and press into ungreased 10"x6"x2" glass baking dish. (I use my 11x7 dish) Bake 10 minutes.
  • Beat eggs, brown sugar, coconut, nuts, baking powder, and vanilla and spread over hot crust. Bake 20 minutes longer. (My were a bit gooey at 20 minutes so next time I'm trying 25 minutes).
  • Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread over top while hot. Cool before cutting.
