"This salsa tastes great with grilled chicken but I love it with tortilla chips too! It is a nice fruity change from the regular tomato salsas!"

ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple, canned crushed pineapple is fine
1 cup mango
1 cup red bell pepper
²⁄₃ cup kiwi
³⁄₄ cup red onion
¹⁄₄ cup cilantro
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons fresh lime juice
minced serrano chili
salt and pepper

directions

Finely chop all ingredients with knife or food processor. Mix well, Add serrano chilies a little at a time to taste.

I am a stay at home mom with 3 boys.I love to cook and bake and my youngest son who is 3 years old loves to help me.....I find whenever he does help out he is more willing to eat what we make so that is always a plus!
