  1. Made this as a spread for my finger foods counter & it worked out well! Subed grape juice for the red wine, but since I'm not Jewish, I can't say if that was good or bad ~ All I do know is that I had a tasty spread that was happily applied to crackers & slices of whole wheat bread alike! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's PAC]

Instructions were easy to follow. 3: Good basic recipe but needs something to make it a 4 for us and/or there is a problem with instructions. 2: We didn't like the flavor/taste/texture and/or there is a major problem with the instructions. 1: Inedible for us.
