  1. Really tasty! I used a bit of red wine vinegar as well as the lemon juice, and mixed the salad with some cooked Israeli cous cous to make it a pasta salad. Good flavors, and the longer it sits and chills, the better!

  2. Great salad. What I love about it the most is that there is no lettuce, so you can make it ahead of time, and the longer it sits, the better it gets. Made for PAC 2009.

  3. Wonderful summer salad, I made yesterday for our first summer bbq and it was well received. It's easy and keeps well - I love the combination of dillweed and lemon juice; I did use the juice of 1 small lemon, not sure exactly how much, but probably more than 1 tablespoon. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

  4. A nice, easy to make salad! I used a little green pepper. Thank you Vegwife! Made for Pick a Chef.

  5. We have this salad on a constant basis. I've never tried it with dill weed before and it's very tasty! Thanks for the new angle!
