- 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tropical fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 lb seedless green grape, washed, picked from stems
- 1 (15 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) container mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (10 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
directions
- Add sugar to mascarpone and mix well by hand or electric mixer.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Stir fruit gently, mixing well.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, spoon into a pretty glass or crystal serving bowl.
