"A fantastic dish! Takes a bit of time to cook, but well worth it! Great served with a baguette and olive oil/balsamic vinegar dip."

  1. I used the basic recipe then added more wine and water, a cup of rice and at the end when chicken was really tender added frozen peas. A great one pot meal. Thanks Emmalie

I live along the Wasatch mountain range of Utah and love the great out doors. Hiking, backpacking, and fishing in the mountains are my favorite places to be. I love to travel and have been fortunate to see many parts of the world. I also love photography, probably as a result of the outdoors and travel. <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg">
