  • Cook ground meat until brown. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, add tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole. Spread sour cream over the meat and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sour cream.
  • Separate the rolls into 4 rectangles and place over the cheese. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes at 375ºF. Cut into squares. Let sit a few minutes before serving.
