  1. Great summer drink. The brandy gives it an edge, so doesn't seem as sweet as a regular colada.

  2. Wonderful cocktail. I actually made 2.......one for me and one for you! Thanks for sharing, Linky.

  3. Lovely summer cocktail, I like anything with coconut cream and this did NOT disappoint. Not sure what Italian Brandy is, so just use regular Brandy that we had in house, and used coconut rum instead of just white. So thick, creamy and delicious, will be having this again

  4. Yum! This is a delicious cocktail! We really enjoyed the balance of flavors and that it wasn't overly sweet. I realized as I was reviewing that I left out the cream, but it was great without it, DH liked it so well we had one after dinner too! Thanks for sharing!!! 5. We made this recipe last night, and it was delicious! Any time you can mix some nice brandy with white rum, amaretto, and tropical fruit flavors is going to end up happy! I'm looking for some creative cocktail recipes to serve with Thanksgiving dinner this year. Nice recipe!
