  1. I keep several flavors of Torani's syrups (sugar-free) on hand for my coffee, but had never had an Italian soda made with them, and now that I have, I will more often! Really refreshing. I used fat-free half and half, so it was even lighter. I used 1 oz of orange and 1 oz of coconut mixed. Thanks for posting this keeper! Made for ZWT 7.

  3. O yeah! Easy & yummy. I used sugar-free Italian Raspberry Syrup, so it wasn't even as calorific as it could have been. DH said, "wow!" Made for ZWT7, Count Dracula and his Hot Bites team

  4. This was so simple to make, and quite tasty. I used coconut syrup and thought it was fantastic. I am excited about trying other flavors, too. Thank you, Random Rachel. Made for ZWT 7, Mischief Makers team.

  5. WOW! I've had Italian soda only a few times and had no idea how easy it is to make at home! Now that I know, I'll be making it often. So far I've made coconut, hazelnut, caramel, and Irish cream! (The syrups we have on hand for DD and DH"s coffees). Next time I shop I'll be buying more flavors. It's pure heaven with heavy cream that I had to use up, but also great with fat-free half-and-half, which I always have in the fridge. Great recip, I'll be sipping these all summer!
