Italian Dressing Meatloaf

"This is favorite meatlof concoction. The Good Seasons Italian dressing mix comes in handy for so many different creations. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. The tomato sauce mixture also makes a great gravy to go on mashed potatoes as a side."

  1. This is a tasty meatloaf! Made this as written except for two things: I like to use a meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal) instead of plain ground beef, and I had some already chopped green, yellow and red peppers so I used those instead of just green pepper. I did cook it for a full hour as it didn't seem done enough in the middle, but that might of been because my loaf was pretty thick in the middle. The sauce is good; next time I'll put less on it while cooking so there is more to pour on the slices! Made for Fall '09 PAC
