  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  3. Add eggs, ketchup and diced tomatoes. Let stand about 5 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cheese and ground beef. Mix gently.
  5. Spread in 2 litre casserole dish.
  6. Cover with tinfoil.
  7. Bake about 1 hour.
