ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup wine or 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
directions
- Combine ingredients in jar.
- Cover and shake well.
- Chill to blend flavors.
- Remove garlic.
- Shake again before serving.

This was good but just did not have the "umph" I wanted. I did add some tobasco and extra garlic. Nice and easy to make and it was good on my greens!!
